We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Planner for our client based in Chatham
Duties
* Ensuring the appropriate outcomes are reached and customers receive an excellent service.
* Ensuring that the right people and materials are in place to deal with each day's workload
* Working with your team to resolve non standard or escalated queries / issues
* Effective use of data and ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate centrally
* You will be responsible for carrying out the weekly replenishment's of the operative van stock materials ensuring they have material stock to complete repairs.
* Monitoring of the materials ordered
* You will be assisting with the management of our external contractors.
* Assisting with contractor review meetings, by booking these in, taking the minutes and following up on actions.
* You will be responsible for arranging raising jobs internally and externally to contractors
* Book in inspections for the Assistant Delivery Managers to carry out pre and post inspections
Required
* Strong planning skill and experience
* Experience of working in and contributing to a team to deliver excellent results
* Excellent customer communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
