Lift company based in Crayford. You will be joining a growing team and your main duties will be :-
• Support the Service Operations Manager (SOM) as required in their day to duties and responsibilities. E.g. record breakdowns, maintain all necessary spreadsheets, records, diaries, create/compile bespoke reports, compile job sheets, service reporting, customer scheduling, site visits, customer/client meetings, surveys and supplier information, etc. Training provided as required and recommended by the SOM
• Support the SOM to record warranty breakdowns, identifying root cause. Identify trends and action as required, aiming to reduce levels in line with company objectives. Manage/maintain monitors - report performance monthly to the Compliance Manager
• Support the SOM to record Thorough Examination insurance defects (e.g. date generated, date closed, repeat defects, immediate defects, etc.). Manage/maintain monitors - report performance monthly to the Compliance Manager
• Assist the SOM to manage and maintain customer databases/portals as per contract requirement (e.g. PPM, SLA, KPIs, insurance items, quotes etc.)
• Support all areas of the business as appropriate (e.g. repair team, project team, sales team, administration team and compliance) with clear, accurate and timely communication and information as and when required
• Maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers/clients regarding the condition of their lift and any potential costs
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls as appropriate
• Monitor and distribute incoming emails from shared inboxes
• Liaise with customers
Hours 9am - 5pm
