With a technology-led ecosystem of regulatory, platform, and investment services, and our own financial planning business, our approach is guided by delivering safety and security for customers and focused on positive client outcomes

They seeking an experienced Pensions administrator to join a small but growing team responsible for the management and administration of the Fusion Wealth SIPP, a core part of the Fusion Wealth platform offering.

Our SIPP, previously provided through a separate company, Bright Square Pensions, is in the process of being fully integrated into the Fusion Wealth platform. This will be a key driver of future growth for the business and offers candidates the opportunity to shape our success in this important and exciting market.

The role is well suited to individuals who are self-starting, enthusiastic, willing to learn and happy to embrace change. The growth and diversity of the Benchmark Capital group means we can offer our people the opportunity to build their financial services careers across a much broader set of businesses than other pension firms.

We work with some of the most successful financial planning firms in the UK, bringing the power of technology to advice and wealth management.

What You'll Do

Your main responsibilities will include:

Completing a range of administration functions within the pensions team including client onboarding, contribution processing and benefit payment
Reviewing and managing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Dealing with ad hoc client and adviser administration issues, identifying and initiating action to ensure outstanding service
Identifying areas for process improvement and working with management to prioritise and implement these
Undergoing regular training on pension and associated processes to support multiple areas of the business
Gaining and maintaining a good understanding of pensions and investment platforms supported by in house training and development
Actively engaging with other team members to provide support and solve problems together.


The Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications You Need

5 GCSE’s including maths and English language plus 2 A Levels or equivalent
Accurate with excellent attention to detail
SIPP or DB/DC Experience
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Good communication skills both written and oral
Financial Services experience preferred, ideally with an understanding of personal pensions
Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Our benefits package includes:

Holiday entitlement of 25 days + Bank holidays
1 paid day for volunteering
Pension : Auto enrolment into Royal London GPPP. Default contribution is 4% employer/4% employee via salary sacrifice. Company will match contributions up to 5% Employees may contribute more than 5%, however employer contributions are capped at 5%.
Private Medical Cover – Optional benefit. Current provider is AXA PPP and employees have single cover provided, and can opt to add partner/family cover at their cost.
Death in Service – 4 x basic salary
Critical Illness – 2 x basic salary
Long Term Disability – 13 week qualifying period, 80% of basic salary
Option to purchase up to an additional 5 days holiday
