What does the role of a Call Handler look like?
In this integral role, you will be working Monday to Friday and every other Saturday dealing with queries from customers and insurers via phone and email to help deliver a great customer experience.
What skills are we looking for?
We strongly believe that your values and attitude are more important than experience, so if you have not been in a similar role before, it is OK with us - we would still love to hear from you. This role requires talking to customers and insurers, so you'll need to be comfortable with phone and email communication. You need to be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and resolving queries as efficiently as possible.
