Customer Service Advisor / Haywards Heath / £21,000 PA

Your New Company:

Your New Role You will have a key role in the Fraud Prevention team, investigating all cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy inception and claims stage through to completion. This exciting role will enable you to enhance your customer service skills even further. You will be consistently validating customers and assessing whether they're 100% correct. Every phone call will be different and interesting, and department offers fantastic progression and is a fantastic stepping into something even more technical down the line.
