Finance
· Manage and complete all necessary financial management tasks within the office such as invoicing to customers, managing incoming invoices, purchasing, supplier liaison, credit control and control of bank accounts
· Ensure the financial integrity of the business and it’s accounts by conducting monthly reconciliation
· Provide financial statements and reports to the budget holders monthly and the management as and when required
· Provide information to the external accountant as part of their yearly audit
· Process payroll in a timely manner
· Process all income received and pay into the bank on a regular basis
· Manage all insurance policies
· Ensure best value for the company on all purchases
· Ensure all sales invoices are paid according to payment terms and chase any that are outstanding
· Maintain the asset register and update as necessary (in conjunction with the County Treasurer)
· Assist with budget preparation
· Perform financial analysis to detect and resolve problems
· Review and implement financial policies
· Attend finance meetings
Other
· Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by Lower Grange Farm Management that ensure the ongoing operational success of the centre and delivery of excellent customer experiences
· Be committed to and actively promote Lower Grange Farm’s policies and procedures to value and respect diversity and inclusion in all aspects of duties and working relationships
· Passionate and demonstrably committed to improving the lives of children and young people
· Impeccable work ethic with a practical, flexible and dynamic approach to work
· Customer centric mindset with exceptional customer service skills
