Due to continued growth we are seeking a Head of Finance to join our forever growing team.
This is an opportunity to work across both locations reporting directly to the Custodian Board.
The Role:
• Review existing cash flow and devise cash flow driven by sage/budgets.
• Regularly review costs and pricing.
• Review and assess future capital expenditure
• Review and assess the existing chart of accounts, focusing on nominal coding and departmental reporting.
• Review existing accounting spreadsheets and assess whether these can be used as a management tool.
• Review and assess current reporting, simplify system and automate where applicable
• Review the management accounts and devise reports for the following
• KPI’S
• ROI analysis
• Pricing models
• Cost efficiencies
• Quarterly budgeting
• Manage and support existing accounts and HR teams.
Work with Accounts team to:
• render accounting and financial services to the organisation
• ensure the maintenance of financial statements, balance sheets, payments and accounts related records
• monitor weekly bank reconciliations and to ensure that the cash flow statement is kept up to date
• oversee debtor management
• review company internal financial policies and controls
• help produce the Monthly Finance Directors Report.
• provide strategic financial support to all team members
• monthly presentation to the sale team of the market position and sales performance
• oversee all tax and regulatory compliance issues
Candidate Educational Requirements:
• Fully Qualified ACCA
