Operations/Scheduling Administrator

£23,000-25,000 per annum

Office location: Outskirts of Biggin Hill/Sevenoaks

Must drive due to office location

Exciting role on offer for an Operations Executive/Administrator that is looking to join a rapidly expanding company who take excellent care of their staff and offer extensive training to allow you to develop your skills.

Do you have experience within an administration department? Are you highly organised and possess a good attention to detail?

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will involve supporting the day-to-day operation with administration, enabling timely and effective response to the needs of the business and of other teams in the company.

Duties & Accountabilities

* Co-ordinate all activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements - eg, stock, vehicles, technicians, sub-contractors.
* Handling queries from customers on booked jobs
* Responsible for job scheduling, fully utilising the CRM System (training offered)
* Plan, schedule and review workload and manpower to ensure SLA's are met
* Manage stock control and check inventory records are accurate and update as appropriate.
* Provide guidance to Technicians about creating a detailed work schedule based on strict timelines.
* Communicate any changes in delivery dates to relevant parties.
* Purchase materials and services required for job delivery in consultation with the Operations Manager.
* To carry out any other tasks as may be responsibly requested of you by the business to meet its ongoing needs and those of the customer.

The successful Operations Administrator will have / be:

* Ideally previous experience within a fast-paced, office-based, customer service / administration, who is looking for a long-term opportunity where you can play a vital role in a busy team
* Able to work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and speed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience dealing with customer enquiries
* A natural team player who is output and results driven
* Proactive and organised and confident in managing multiple priorities
* A willingness to learn and adopt new processes and procedures
* A "can do" attitude, determination and a "readiness to roll up their sleeves"
* Excellent IT skills, to include Outlook
