We have a delightful entry level role for someone who is looking to develop their career within an IT support role within a progressive professional services company. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be liaising with remote first line support staff to help them resolve on site issues and fixing simple ICT problems, maintain the business asset list and inventory, maintain the office environment and conference rooms and ensure installed technology remains in good working order, participate in testing new software releases and developments, set up or remove new users on key systems following set procedures.

In return you will receive the age related minimum wage up to £20k depending on experience but you can look forward to training and an annual salary review with paid apprenticeship or other qualifications.
