A well known company based in Maidstone are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them for a nine month temporary assignment. This position has arisen to cover a staff secondment and can start within the next 1-2 months.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading and successfully implementing change projects and restructuring programmes, including undertaking consultation with staff and trade unions or staff representatives. You will also have experience of dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations cases. You will be qualified at CIPD level 5 and above.
You will be working across multiple sites in Kent supporting the development of managers around performance, capability and conduct management. There will be able to use a pool car or your own vehicle to travel to these sites.
£22 - 24ph/
