An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Assistant to join a growing and successful company based in Rye. The business operates in the UK and internationally and working as part of a team, you will support the Event Managers to produce conferences and social events along with delivering a range of digital events.
This will be a varied role and will involve assisting with research, contract negotiation, support with budget management and logistics management. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and be part of the on-site team to manage conferences and events virtually.
To apply, you should be able to demonstrate your IT skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, be an organised individual with excellent attention to detail. You must enjoy working in a team environment and have a confident, solution-driven approach to your work. It would be advantageous to possess linguistic skills - particularly Spanish or French.
