Are you a teacher of Health and Social Care? looking for a role closer to home in central Kent?

Pearson Whiffin Education are currently working with a secondary school based in Swale to recruit a teacher of Health and Social Care. This role will be offered as a permanent contract on a full-time basis starting in September. Candidates with great teaching experience in Health and Social care would be highly sought after but those looking to develop their skills in subject can be considered.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* The ability to teach Health and Social care at GCSE level
* Proven record of motivating and challenge pupils to achieve their potential
* Communicate passion for their subject specialism
* Contribute to the design and provision of engaging curriculum
* Adapt lessons for a mixed ability classroom and map pupil progress; working with members of support staff and resources to assist, stretch and extend learning
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
* Record of working well with department and school to communicate student achievements and wellbeing
