We are looking for a teacher of Science for a job starting September 2022. This Science teaching job would be perfect for someone able to teach Science at KS3 and KS4. Candidates who consider Science a second subject will be considered as well.

This teaching job is based in a secondary school in Folkestone so would suit a candidate based in East Kent. The school has easy access by road and ample parking for teachers.

The successful Science teacher will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 Science courses. You will teach a varied timetable allowing you ample opportunity to demonstrate a varied delivery technique rooted in use of materials and technology and offering differentiation to manage mixed ability classes.

In order to succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

* Sufficient subject knowledge to teach Science at KS3 and KS4
* Good classroom management rooted in thoughtful lesson planning and delivery
* Effective differentiation techniques to tackle mixed ability classes
* Innovative teaching style utilising a range of tools and media
* Teamwork skills making you a valuable member of the teaching family
