Are you a teacher of French or Spanish (MFL) looking for a role closer to home in Central Kent?

I am supporting a Central Kent Secondary school based in Swale to recruit a teacher of French and Spanish (MFL). This role will be offered as a permanent contract on a full-time basis starting in September. Candidates who can teach both subjects to GCSE would be highly sought after but candidates looking to develop their skills in either subject can be considered.

In this job you will get the opportunity to teach a mixed timetable of KS3 and KS4 French and KS3 and KS4 Spanish. You will teach in a good department with experienced teachers. You will support students who are enthusiastic and engaging by delivering exciting and interactive lessons designed with careful planning and preparation.

This school, based in Swale, has a good focus on behaviour management, teacher coaching and CPD and student progress. The school is easily accessible by public transport and by road with ample parking on site.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* The ability to teach either French at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE) or Spanish at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE)
* A Willingness to engage and embrace enthusiastic students
* The ability to stretch and challenge academic students
* The experience to manage challenging behaviour
* The knowledge of current and innovative teaching methodologies
