CTA Fire are seeking a full time, permanent Trainee Fire Alarm Engineer, you will learn how to install and maintain Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and Access Control Systems. The role would involve on-site training at various locations in London and the South East and external industry specific training. This is a 3 year training course, after successfully completing the training you will be a fully qualified Fire Alarm Engineer.

We are specialist in wireless fire detection and have been in business for over 30 years. We have designed and installed systems in over thirty London West End Theatres and also work with premier organisations such as The Foreign Office designing Fire Detection and Access Control systems in various British Embassies around the world, as well as looking after commercial offices, schools and even windmills.

You'll receive hands on training, learning from qualified engineers on-site. Where you'll learn;

· How to service, maintain and install Fire Alarm equipment

· Testing Emergency Light and Access Control Systems

· Technician Skills to use specialist tools

· Health & Safety practices, Regulations and Legislation within the fire industry

The ideal candidate should be interested in a career in the Fire industry, and ideally be reliable with a genuine willingness to learn and get involved. You should be able to demonstrate practical skills including use of hand tools with a degree of competency.

Qualifications Required - Grade C/Level 4 or above in English and Maths. You must be able to drive, or currently learning how to drive, and live in a suitable area for transport links to London and access for pick up.

Starting Salary: £14,560 per annum, this will increase annually following successful training
