We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent Contract.

The Role:

The Sales Coordinator will create new leads and in turn sales, develop relationships with new clients and signing them up to as many of our services as they need, whilst always providing excellent customer service. The post holder will work closely with the account coordinators handing the client over to them once the sign up has been completed. This role will drive the growth of the business.

The postholder will seek out new opportunities being guided by the Head of Sales and Partnerships and work proactively on the development of the business and with stakeholders to further the growth of the ethical work that Clear Voice is part of.

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with other areas of the business, such as Operations on new business sign ups, liaising with Recruitment to future proof for larger contracts, supporting marketing with content and working with the Partnerships Coordinator to seek further partnership opportunities.

This role will be aware of all new tender opportunities and will help to write bids for new frameworks and contracts. As the range of activities will change every day, the postholder will be adaptable and able to pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning sales drives and campaigns
Creating and reviewing sales reports
Monitoring the sales progress and offering after-sales support to customers
Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests
Keeping customers updated with relevant product information
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the sales process, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Building a comprehensive knowledge of company offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients
Working with Operations teams for effective customer service before and after closing sales
Conducting market and competitor research, keeping up with what is happening within the sector (trends)
Researching prospective clients for a better understanding of their needs
Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
Generating and following-up business leads
Input into the sales and partnership strategy to outline where opportunities are arising.
Provide support with lead generating sales and marketing campaigns into existing and new markets.
Assist marketing coordinator to develop content for marketing materials, social media and website content, and assist with producing regular client communications that are timely and engaging.
Provide excellent customer service and relationship building skills in all interactions.
Tender and bid writing.
Planning of events and exhibitions to promote Clear Voice.
Maintain the CRM database ensuring client contact information is relevant and up to date.
Work closely with account Coordinatorss passing over all relevant details once sign up has taken place
Maintain database to track as and when customers are using and not using us and which services are being utilized. Always demonstrate our business values of being ethical, transparent and reliable.
Delivering trainings and presentations to prospective clients.
Any other duties that may be required from Head of Sales.
