ATTENTION ALL FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKING GRADUATES!
A leading, global cyber security organisation full of dynamic and collaborative individuals is looking for an ambitious fluent German graduate to join their fun and dynamic marketing team! (Based in Maidstone - hybrid or remote working with occasional office visits).
As Regional Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for defining the local marketing requirements for German speaking regions, devising a strategy and carrying out a range of marketing initiatives, which is overall aligned and in-keeping with the main Western strategy and corporate goals. You don't necessarily have to have a Marketing background but a strong desire to learn!
Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager you will:
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, customers and third parties to meet marketing and corporate objectives
• Work with key marketing technology platforms for lead nurturing, email and web, as well as Salesforce CRM to implement marketing programmes, including solution/product webinars, online marketing campaigns, email nurture programs, social media, SEO/SEM, database management, events and more.
• Monitor market trends and create insight to inform regional strategy and EMEA Marketing approach
• Be the internal point of contact for all German marketing activities, including campaigns, product initiatives, PR, events and translations
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting, and recommend improvement and new initiatives
• Manage the regional marketing budget
About you:
Essential
• Fluency in German and English
• Passionate about technology
• A desire to learn about Cyber Security
• Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
• A sense of humour!
Technical Proficiencies
• Mastery of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
Desirable
• Graduate
• Demonstrate an understanding of 360 campaigns and marketing mix, including audience, targeting, channels and reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of modern marketing techniques in a B2B software sales process
