Our client has just alerted us to an unmatched opportunity based locally in the heart of Tunbridge Wells within the booming financial insurance sector.

They are looking for bright, sparky, motivated and confident individuals to join the company as a Customer Care Administrator.

Your daily responsibilities could include:

- Working with your own personal portfolio of clients which you will need to proactively manage
- Liaising with external parties to work through solutions for the clients as efficiently as possible
- Managing financial transactions between clients, customers, and the company
- Providing outstanding customer service to all customers
- Handling all background administration such as updating records on a bespoke in-house system, processing payments and invoices and
diary management

All training will be provided by an outstanding coach and training team dedicated to your development.

The ideal candidate will:

- Work proactively to drive excellent service and results for both clients and customers
- Have a positive and self-confident approach to their work
- Be able to effectively manage their time and can stay calm in a fast paced environment
