Fantastic opportunity to join my client, a well established and highly regarded, high end Estate Agency. Supporting a fast-paced sales team dealing with high value properties in Sevenoaks and the surrounding area.
It is essential that you possess a high degree of dedication, resilience, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
This is an extremely admin and compliance focussed role and will include obtaining all legal documentation required for a property to go onto the market.
Liaising with clients via telephone, email and face to face. You will need to have great communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive information in a polite and professional manner.
Visiting properties to write the particulars, producing marketing material for websites, brochures and window displays.
Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30
25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
Full clean driving licence and own car
