A great opportunity has arisen for Aftersales Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly and professional team. You will be providing excellent customer service which will involve a high level of multi-tasking and problem solving.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, your responsibilities will include order processing, communicating with customers providing aftersales enquiries, pre and post sales advice and effective complaint resolution via email and telephone.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Being proactive, creative and effective when managing things that go wrong to put them right
* Develop high levels of knowledge through a fantastic training program
* Problem resolution and the empathetic management of customer situations
* Managing time and resource to deliver results
* Accountability and confidence in managing customer solutions
* Regular checks with KPI and SLA's are being met with the team and contributing to exceeding those targets
* Understands the importance of processes and procedures to provide structure not to constrict innovation and delivery of great results for our customers
Skill Requirements:
* Good MS Office skills
* Quick to adapt and learn new skills
* Ability to focus on the solutions rather than the problems
* Experience within a contact centre or customer service environment would be preferred
