We’re looking for someone to join our busy, friendly, and professional team for around 20 hours per week. This is an entry-level opportunity that could grow with time and experience for the right candidate, but initially we are looking for someone to cover two busy night shifts a week (Friday and Saturday) and offer some flexible holiday cover at other times (including some day shifts).
You’ll be working with an experienced control team in a fast-paced but calm environment. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, providing quotes, setting expectations and confirming bookings.
Our customers come from every walk of life, so you should be enthusiastic, considerate, and adaptable. Previous call handling experience would be an advantage, but full training and support will be provided.
We are based in Aylesham (Between Dover and Canterbury). Our building is nicely appointed, comfortable and secure, with safe on-site parking.
