The University of Kent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an experienced, hardworking individual for the role of Pastoral Manager at Brompton Academy to manage student welfare and behaviour and promote a sense of personal excellence in students. This role is 37 hours per week, term time only and is being offered on a permanent basis.

Our new Pastoral Managers will need to be confident, professional and approachable communicators as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents/carers and the wider community. The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice.
