Software Development Manager role available working with an organisation within the health sector. In this role the software that is being delivered can save lives. It's a very exciting and rewarding environment. My client are happy to offer a mix of home based and office based work, their office is Ashford based with plenty of free parking, and close to ammenities. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned development projects, in addition, the Software Development Manager is responsible for promoting software development best practices and ensuring development is carried out in a manner that increases efficiency over time.
The following are the skills and experience that you should have: reasonable amount of previous management experience within a
software engineering or project team, experience in partnering with product and project management teams, extensive experience in software
development, building large scale integrated systems, and a solid track record of technical lead experience. The environment is predominantly Microsoft .Net.
