Perimeter Solutions is one of the fastest growing fencing specialists in the UK. Working primarily in the construction and education sectors, we undertake a wide variety of projects ranging in value from £2k - £1m+.
Perimeter Solutions are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of delivering Temporary and Permanent Fencing projects in the Construction, Education, Industrial and Sports sectors.
With a continually expanding orderbook and workload, we require a professional individual who can efficiently manage all delivery aspects of our projects to high standards, whilst maintain good working relationships with our clients. We are looking for someone who will fit well within the company and support its growth, in a role that will continually develop as the company grows.
You will be supported in your role with a full team of estimators, buyers, HSE experts and other contract managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
CSCS (essential)
SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
IOSH managing safely (preferred)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a contracts management role in the commercial fencing industry
Good working knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel & Word)
The package on offer is:
Salary: £45k-£50k per annum
Plus: Company car (New Ford Ranger Wildtrak), mobile phone and laptop, pension contributions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year, + Annual Bonus
