We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator - Digital Inclusion to join our team on a Fixed Term contract until 31 May 2024. There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent. The successful applicant must be able to attend one of our offices in either Dover, Birmingham or London and be able to travel nationally when required.

The Role:

Digital Inclusion is a strategic objective for Migrant Help. The role of the Project Coordinator – Digital Inclusion is to coordinate, support and deliver digital inclusion across the charity. The role is newly formed, varied and involves managing gift in kind (GIK) digital devices & technology donations, working with corporate partners, charity sector partners in the community and directly with our front-line teams ensuring the devices and technology donated to the charity reaches those most in need.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage key relationships with corporate partners donating devices and technology
Manage all aspects, and act as key contact across the charity with associated groups and partners, to ensure successful delivery of devices, digital inclusion and connectivity across the UK
Coordinate logistics and delivery of digital devices and access to technology
Provide excellent relationship management to all partnerships and associated partners
Coordinate and deliver communications plans with partners as appropriate
Provide support to front line staff and clients to ensure connectivity is delivered to those most in need
Liaise regularly with relevant internal teams to ensure digital inclusion objectives are achieved
eg; front line staff, comms, finance, marketing, legal, etc.
Drive access and support to digital and technology training for clients and associated partners
Manage GIK income, and expenditure, from national corporate partnerships donating devices & technology
Manage monitoring and evaluation providing impact reports in line with agreements and KPIs


The above list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
