We have an opportunity for you to join our Product team as our PRODUCT MANAGER for the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). We are looking for a talented individual to support CAF on its wider transformation journey and specifically to help define, evolve and modernise its proposition aimed at mass market individual donors. Central to this is helping to plan a viable and coherent product development roadmap which delivers tangible benefit and value to customers.

In joining the Product Team you will have autonomy to own the goals, development and success of the products and services you manage with help, support and oversight from the Senior Product Manager

Our International Head office is based in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent. You can either be based here or in our central London based office, spending some of your time working from home.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available.

As our PRODUCT MANAGER your key responsibilities will include:
• Helping to develop and execute customer and product strategy
• Developing clear product roadmap(s) to contribute to CAF’s ongoing view of future product development priorities
• Driving the functional design of new and improvements to existing products, based on maximising customer value and sound ROI analysis
• Partnering with relevant departments to deliver product changes
• Leading the ‘day to day’ management of the products you manage
• Measuring the impact of changes and leverage insight to drive growth and embed into ongoing product development
• Owning product knowledge and information on each product, review and update these sources and communicate any changes to relevant teams
• Designing and deliver product specific training
• Agree, monitor and input into the delivery of annual income targets
• Produce the financial income modelling needed for income forecasting and target setting purposes
• Ensuring Sales and Marketing plans and resources are aligned to deliver the annual income targets, providing input as required
• Ensuring product controls, processes, pricing and policies are effective, customer focused and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Skills required of our PRODUCT MANAGER:
• Product Management experience
• Experience of developing and delivering product strategies and plans
• Experience and proven success in translating business analysis and human needs into customer products
• Track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Results driven
• Experience of digital products and channels
• Proven experience with budgeting
• Some evidence of thought leadership and working under your own initiative
