Office Assistant - Case Preparation Executive
Bromley
£17,290 per annum
Good links to public transport
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 Hour Lunch)
This is an exciting entry level opportunity to work for a professional services company based in a central location with good links to public transport. This is the perfect opportunity for a hard-working, positive individual.
Working for a busy case management team who manage large property portfolios, you will be able to support their needs on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
* Processing all incoming post, e-mails and faxes.
* Answering all telephone calls and transferring to the relevant department.
* Providing assistance to your team.
* General office duties.
To be successful, you will have:
* Some work experience in either an office, retail, hospitality, or any customer related industry
* Have the ability to process incoming work quickly and accurately.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Fantastic professional communication skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* The ability to identify issues which arise and resolve them as quickly as possible.
* Solid IT skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
* A positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given. A strong retail background will be advantageous.
