Head of Marketing

Rare senior role working for a forward-thinking tech company based in Mid Kent. This role requires a true Marketing professional with a calm and considered approach, to manage a small team. You will have the opportunity to rethink the positioning and strategy of this organisation and make a real impact to the business growth through delivery of an effective Marketing plan.

Duties include:

* Working on the go to marketing strategy for the business
* Taking full responsibility for the creation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns
* Working closely with Product Managers as well as sales and wider teams
* Monitoring market dynamics, segmentation and competition as well as any other trends and analysis relevant
* Working closely with agencies as well as in-house team
* Using various analytics in order to monitor campaign and strategy results

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Extensive relevant Marketing experience at an appropriate senior level, including a mix of marketing, product marketing and marketing strategy
* A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) as a minimum
* Experience managing a team
* Good tack record of getting the best out of agencies
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen
* Ideally experience in technology or financial services (not essential)
* A forward thinking approach
* Commercially aware, able to work both operationally and strategically at a high level
