Are you a CIPD studier who`s looking to get the world of HR? I have a rare opportunity in coastal Kent for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join my client on a permanent basis. Working in a small team, you will support the charity with all HR administration.
Duties will include:
- Recruitment administration including adverts and offer letters
- Monitoring HR inboxes and dealing with queries
- Assisting with new starter compliance
- Organising new starter appointments
- Collating all employee file compliance
- Attending career fairs and other events
This is a diverse role for a strong administrator who is looking to develop within HR and recruitment. Experience of the sector is advantageous but motivated candidates with a solid academic/career history will also be considered.
