Working for a family run catering equipment & retail installations business with a passion for high quality service. You will be working alongside both company directors, providing onsite installation of specialist retail and commercial catering equipment, such as refrigeration cabinet, servery counters, food preparation areas and commercial kitchens.
Due to the nature of the industry, candidates must be flexible regarding working hours Including days, nights, occasional Sundays and staying away for short periods of time. The candidate will be required to work on various sites across the country with paid transport and accommodation provided. The company also provides and supports the training and development of all individuals.
Skills and Experience
• Must hold a full driving licence and be over the age of 21 due to insurance reasons.
• Possess a good understanding in some or all areas of - construction, basic plumbing, carpentry and metal works.
• Have experience of working in installation, shop or kitchen fitting would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake personal development as a lot of training will be provided.
• Flexible and punctual.
Key areas of responsibility
• Deliver quality installation solutions to clients in a professional and effective manner.
• Provide clear internal communications to supervisor, to include communications on project progress, existing issues, potential issues,
suggested ideas of improvement etc.
• Ensure all work is carried out within the working methods for Health and Safety compliance.
• Work efficiently and cost effectively.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
• Maintain high standards of professional integrity and respect for others in all dealings with clients, colleagues, suppliers, other
professionals and members of the public.
• Attend appropriate professional training courses/conferences/meetings
