The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Warehouse Operative's to begin a temporary to permanent contract with our client based in the New Hythe, Aylesford, Kent area.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

- Disposing of medical waste in to an incinerator
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Working within teams of 5 to ensure all waste is disposed of each shift
- Operating plant equipment
- Assisting with yard duties

All successful candidates will be provided with full training during their employment with our client. You will also be offered fantastic opportunities for progression through the business in to a variety of different positions dependent on where you wish to take your career.

We can be flexible with your shift times to assist with public transport links if required by certain individuals.
You will be expected to work on a 4 on 4 off shift rota, rotating between day shift and night shift every week. Shift times below.

Days
06:00 - 18:00 or 07:00 - 19:00

Nights
18:00 - 06:00 or 19:00 - 07:00

Dependent on your rota, you will be expected to work weekends.
