Your new company
A leading National housebuilder working across Kent and Sussex seek an experienced Senior site manager to manage an ongoing residential scheme in the East Kent area. With over 15 live sites in the region projects are typically traditional build multi-phased developments lasting several years. Due to a recent retirement a Senior site manager is now sought to initially oversee an ongoing development in the Sittingbourne area. With approximately 100 units still to deliver the site is at varying stages of construction from Brickwork through to finishing's.

Your new role
As Senior Site manager you will be number 1 on site manging a team of 3 reporting to a visiting contracts manager. You will be responsible for programme delivery and ensuring a safe and productive site. The role will include client and stakeholder liaison, Ensuring health and safety, fortnightly reporting, short term programming and day to day troubleshooting and planning.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a senior site manager or site manager looking to progress you will have a volume housebuilder background and be comfortable heading a 100 unit scheme. You will hold valid first aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualification. Evidence of previous success such as pride i the job awards or nominations are desirable
