Job Title: Spare Parts Analyst

Salary: £26 - 32,000 per annum DOE

Location: Kings Hill

Our client, a respected manufacturer, have an exciting and unusual role crossing the boundaries between stock picking and data analysis.

Duties include:

* Using and accurately maintaining internal systems across the business to ensure effective picking, distribution, and return, of spare parts.
* Following, reviewing, and improving existing process flows to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
* Providing accurately and effective KPI management and reporting.
* Inspiring, developing, and maintaining a productive team ethos and spirit of continuous improvement.
* Providing outstanding customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience within a similar role, encompassing logistics/ stock control.
* ERP/ MRP experience.
* Outstanding data analysis skills and an excellent level of numeracy.
* Experience within a leadership role.
* Great IT skills, including Business Intelligence Reporting.
* Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to cover extra hours at times of pressure.
* Solid critical thinking skills.
* A fast, precise, agile, and proactive personality.
