Business Development Executive
Competitive Commission Structure (OTE £27,000)
We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals to join a market-leading company based in Tonbridge. You will be ambitious and strive to provide high levels of customer service. You will work from a mixture of cold and warm leads and support the business development department with continued sales growth.
My client is dedicated in maintaining a positive working environment. You will be joining a small but fun-loving, hardworking team and work alongside other sales executives. They reward with a competitive commission structure, regular social events and excellent company benefits.
Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive are to;
*Identify new sales leads
*Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport
*Set up meetings for the Business Development Manager
*Up sell and cross sell to existing client base when new products are launched
*Generate day to day business
*Pitch company services via telephone, email, social media, networking
*Work on target market campaigns and follow up on warm leads produced
*Effectively work existing data, gather information and form a solid sales pipeline
Candidate Profile:
*Enthusiastic
*Exceptional telephone manner
*Financially motivated
*Performs well under pressure in a targeted environment
*Solid administration skills
*Previous experience in sales is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
