We have Complex Needs Support Worker opportunities in Woodchurch and Aldington, on the outskirts of Ashford.
You do not need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started.
Our client will provide learning and development support to help you become an excellent Complex Needs Support Worker.
You do however need to be aged 21 or over and have a full UK driving licence. Due to their location you should ideally have access to your own vehicle.
What will you be doing?
Working as a Complex Needs Support Worker you will:
* Be helping adults with learning disabilities and other health related issues
* Get to know the service users, their interests and their needs.
* Help them with their day to day care
* Enable them to live the lives they choose through independence, dignity, choice and achievement.
