An 12 month contract for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a utilities company in Worthing

Our Utilities client is recruiting a Talent Partner to join their brand new team in the Head Office in Worthing for the duration of 12 months.

Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be supporting the organisation with the whole of the recruitment Lifecycle. You will work collaboratively with HR and key business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement bespoke recruitment campaigns and you will partner with recruitment vendors to ensure effective sourcing method.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience of managing diverse recruitment needs in large complex organisation.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be entitled to a salary of up to £39,000 (depending on experience) plus hybrid working, 25 days holiday, company & performance related bonus, generous pension, health benefits and Perkbox benefits.
