Urgently required experienced Support Workers to join our Client on the outskirts of Ashford. As a Support Worker you will assist the service users in every aspect of their daily lives. Through a person-centred approach you will enable them to feel valued, reach their potential and nurture their aspirations.
This full time Support Worker role will based on 162.5 hours per month. Working variable shifts allocated on a monthly rota (including 0900-2200 with Sleep in followed by 0630-0930 and 0800-1930 day shifts (incl. weekends). Prior knowledge or experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.
A Full UK driving licence is essential.
The successful applicant will be subject to Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
