An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Support Analyst to join a successful company in the Medway area.
If you have experience working on an IT Support Desk, providing support to clients, we want to hear from you.
You will need to have a thorough understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
The organisation is a MSP who work with a range of clients providing 1st to 3rd line support. You can expect to be taking calls from clients, logging tickets, dealing with issues through to resolution; including travel to client's sites as and when required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working for a MSP advantageous
* Knowledge of Windows Server; including MS Office
* Active Directory; including DNS, DHCP and File Services
* Knowledge of virtualisation; such as VMWARE or Hyper-V
* Expereinced in dealing with printer issues, password resets and other user-based queries
* Basic understanding of networking principles
