My client is a leading FMCG who has been around for nearly 50 years. Passion, excellence and expertise underpin everything they do and they are looking for a trainee who shares their values.

The role will see Management Development Trainees placed in four different six-month secondments within the business to gain a broad experience of the company and industry. Secondments are combined with formal training, coaching and mentoring.

They are looking for candidates who:

- Understand what 'taking responsibility really means
- Have potentially a management style that respects the views of others
- Are realistic in setting and achieving goals and targets, for themselves and others
- Like to get results
- Are clear thinkers and problem solvers
- Are innovative, using their own ideas or the ideas of others
- Are enthusiastic, energetic and like to have fun!
- Ability to relate to key client personnel in a professional and credible fashion
- Well-developed personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of employees and stakeholders
- Good IT skills including experience of Word, Excel, Outlook
- You must have a driving license and your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
