Customer Services Administrator
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to provide first-class administrative support to the online customer support and underwriting team ensuring that all tasks and duties are carried out to a high standard.
â Liaise with clients regarding general online support enquiries and resolve queries efficiently, in a timely manner, escalating issues where necessary
â Promote the benefits of the online system and provide guidance to clients on its useâ Work within prescribed objectives and procedures ensuring that all the requirements of department guidelines, service, regulatory and technical standards are met
â Update and maintain database data so that systems accurately reflect the current position at all times and prioritise current and potential prospects
â Deal effectively and professionally with telephone, email and mail enquiries from internal and external clients, and take actions to ensure that enquiries are handled appropriately and within service standards
â Produce all daily, weekly & monthly reports to clients, management and to accounts
â Chase outstanding premiums, deal with payment queries and general account enquiries â Deal with general client admin e.g. changing passwords, setting up new users and creating e-training support packs
â Carry out proactive welcome calls for new users, arranging and carrying out demos for clients as required
â Assist in mail/email campaigns and convert potential business
â Model and promote First Title Values in all aspects of your daily work (Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, Service and Leadership)
â Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned by the line manager
â Assist with any ad-hoc work or projects as required by your manager
â Continual development of industry/marketplace knowledge
