Office-based 1st line IT support role, good knowledge of Microsoft, VoIP, and telecoms systems. Based in Tunbridge Wells, an immediate start is available.
Previous IT helpdesk experience, 1-2 years, own transport required
The varied role which will cover but not be limited to:
1st Line Helpdesk support
Troubleshooting both hardware and software including Printers/Desktops/Apple Mac Laptops
Setting up and troubleshooting telecoms issues including VoIP and Panasonic systems.
Monday to Friday, contracted hours between 0800-1800, 7.5 hour day.
Own transport required
