Temporary Food and Beverage Supervisor required for an immediate start based in Canterbury.
You should have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a bar / cafe or restaurant.
You will be required to support the Manager providing excellent and efficient delivery of high quality bar/Bistro service, undertaking stock and cash control and assisting in the service of food and drink and working closely with kitchen colleagues to deliver a first-class dining experience.
It is also essential that you have previous experience supervising staff.You will be required to work
Standard working week is 35 hours working various shifts 5 days out of 7 - regular overtime during busy periods.
