Warehouse - Returns and Stock Coordinator

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm



My client, a successful and established organisation are looking for an organised and reliable Warehouse Returns and Stock Coordinator to join their friendly and hardworking team on a full time and permanent basis.



Duties include:

* Processing all customer and supplier returns efficiently.
* Identifying slow moving stock and organising return to supplier.
* Assisting the customer service team with returns queries.
* Keeping stock organised and considering how the layout can be improved.
* Working with the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to maintain stock accuracy.
* Supporting the warehouse team with general day-to-day warehouse operations.



The right candidate will have/be:

* Previous experience in a warehouse coordinator or admin role.
* Expereince in stock control and managing returns - ideal
* Computer literate
* Physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg.
* A good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent, with strong IT skills.
* A positive, can-do attitude.
* Organised and responsive, with high standards.
* Able to manage and prioritise a workload with minimal supervision.
* Great communication and teamworking skills.
* Ideally, a full, clean driving licence - and a forklift license would be even better!!
