Full-time payroll admin role at a nation-wide business who partners with many high street brands, based in North London
Your new company
A nationwide business that works with many high-end franchises and high street brands. The company also has an extensive property portfolio, and incredible career progression opportunities throughout the group. You will be the Payroll Administrator delivering strong results by supporting the payroll, and wider finance team.
Your new role
End-to-end payroll processing; understanding payroll procedures and maintaining employee data on the payroll system. Making sure payroll is compliant (legislation knowledge) and helping coordinate the payroll function within a small team.
Dealing with payroll enquiries from employees; liaising with HR regarding new hires, terminations, remuneration, coordinate workers compensation, etc.
Prep and reconciliation of payment summaries; develop and update payroll reference manual for managers; assisting with month-end processes (prep and reconciliation of payroll tax, PAYE obligations, etc,).
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 1 years end-to-end payroll experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems
* Demonstrated payroll management experience
* Problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Great Excel skills
