Purpose of Role
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Sagittarius CEO, the Board & Head of Agency Services.
Supporting the CEO on a day to day basis with calendar and diary management, preparing and planning for meetings and note taking during meetings whilst supporting with ad hoc projects.
The Agency Services team exists to reduce friction for the team, helping to co-ordinate day to day activities, meetings and room bookings, organising travel and accommodation for the senior team and organising internal events.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Diary and calendar management for the CEO at Sagittarius
- Travel arrangements and planning for the seniors within the business.
- Note taking and contact reports for CEO & Senior team meetings
- Internal events and support for the Sagittarius Board team with projects and activities
- Supporting the Talent Team with setting up new starters with tools and kit
- Supporting the Head of Agency Services with ad hoc projects as required

- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Confident note taking and keyboard skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in technical ability and desire to learn new tools & systems
- Flexible, dynamic, proactive and a problem solver
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
- Good oral and written communication skills
- You will love variety, not feel stressed with changing priorities and enjoy making decisions and generally be a great facilitator.

Technical Skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- Working knowledge of tools and technology that enhance business procedures

Specific Job Skills / Knowledge
- Office / administrative experience
- Knowledge and experience of G Suite / Google Workspace
- A hunger to learn, grow and develop in your role and at Sagittarius
- Enjoy working in a high pace environment
- Ability to make logical decisions in a time sensitive manner
- Managing small projects would also be an advantage
