Sales Manager

Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Manager to join their forklift company based in near Ashford, Kent

The role entails (but is not limited to):

- Meeting with prospective clients at their premises in order to discuss their needs/requirements 

- Making cold calls to prospective clients to discuss the different products and services 

- Providing accurate information to clients, including: quotes, technical questions, etc. 

A successful candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience working within Forklift sales or capital equipment sales 

- A full driving licence with own transport, our client will provide either a car or car allowance and a fuel card

- Excellent time management skills 

- Experience meeting with potential clients face to face 

- Cold calling experience 

- Experience using social media and being IT literate 

The salary for this position is dependent on experience, but between £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus (OTE c.£50,000)

Our client will provide:

- A company car or car allowance + a fuel card

- A phone and a laptop
