Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Hythe, Kent for a Field Service Engineer to join their established Forklift company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where there is the opportunity of career development
The role entails (but is not limited to):
- Travelling to clients premises in order to repair and maintain their forklift trucks and other plant machinery
- Accurately diagnosing problems and dealing with them in a timely manner
- Completing accurate service reports
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience maintaining forklift trucks, plant and other heavy machinery
- A mechanical background
- A full UK driving licence and own transport
- The ability to work independently
- A successful candidate will need to have their own basic tools - specialist tools will be provided
The salary for this position is dependent on experience, but between £30,000 - £35,000
Our client provides:
- Company van and fuel card
- A phone which is supplied with an app for job allocation and recording
- Company overalls and uniform
