Operations & Business Support Administrator
- City of London & Working from Home flexibility

- Salary to £35,000 + benefits package
An opportunity to join a leading insurance business which is a part of one of the largest insurance groups in the world. The successful candidate will have strong operation support and administration experience, excellent MS Excel skills and ideally, some exposure to reinsurance.
Reporting to the Operations Controller, the primary purpose of role is:
* to provide operational support across the business including ; Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Technical Control, Compliance, HR, Risk and Account Executives and Group Corporate Services.
* You will also assist the Operations Controller in data analysis and reinsurance statements.

* Business Continuity Planning
* Health and Safety
* Archiving
* Facilities / Office Moves (Internal or External)
Reinsurance & Business Operations
* Internal Reporting
* Maintenance of the Intranet (SharePoint site known as Gateway)
* Sanctions
* Reinsurance Administration
* Data Support
* Key Document Repository
* Outsourcing Management / Contracts Database
* End User Computing Database
* Data Mapping
