Due to our growth we are looking for a Junior Customer Service Assistant to help out in our busy office in Tunbridge Wells. The role is full time and requires working some evening and weekend shifts. This is an entry level role which will allow you to gain in depth knowledge of the customer service team, with the opportunity to work towards becoming a Customer Service Assistant.

We provide the best customer service in the industry and every day you will assist our friendly team help people all over the world.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with our courier to track orders and returns
- Email standard template emails to customers to arrange return collections, measurements, stock requests etc
- Input information and produce accurate documentation in a timely fashion
- Arrange return collections
- Help gather information required for our couriers to deliver parcels
- Help investigate missing parcels/items
- Aid and assist team leaders with any administrative duties

Skills:

- Are PC proficient
- Love a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Enjoy helping people and have an understanding of different cultures
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Familiar with social media platforms

This role is based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells with some remote working.
