Job Spec:
The Client Services Team is made up of people from different walks of life, who all share the common goal of exceeding expectations for their clients. They are responsible for designing unique and highly technical strategies for their clients to achieve higher levels of engagement and ROI through search engine optimisation and paid search.

Supported by the Client Services Director, Head of Client Services, and Head of Data this group of people want to welcome a brand new SEO Manager to the team who will lead and develop a portfolio of client accounts, while inspiring and developing a team of like-minded GIANTS. You’ll be able to:

Translate complex technical processes into an understandable narrative.
Support the Account Manager & SEO team in the delivery of strategy to ensure best practice.
Work collaboratively with the Account Managers.
Line manage the SEO Executives and Senior SEO Executives in the team.

Client facing skills are essential and the role will require the applicant to be responsible for and take ownership of a number of high value accounts. We want you to come into the team raring to go, and to constantly develop - pushing yourself, the team, and the business to greater levels of customer satisfaction through dedication to the role.

● Excellent technical knowledge and skills of SEO tools and techniques
